For each order, please allow 2-5 business days for production, as each item is made on demand.

2. Delivery Responsibility

We are responsible for items until they are successfully delivered to the address you provided. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of its estimated delivery date due to carrier issues, we will offer a full refund or a replacement. Please contact us if you experience a significant delay.

3. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If an order fails to be delivered due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
