Refund policy
This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds, in compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. 30-Day Return Period
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Custom Products and Faulty Items
Due to the custom-made nature of our print-on-demand products, they are non-returnable unless defective or not as described, in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. European Union and UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to a customer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Return Process & Shipping Costs
To initiate a return, please contact returns@lit-tees.com with your order number and a brief explanation.

If your return is for a faulty or damaged item, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

For all other eligible returns (e.g., under the 14-day cooling-off period), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Returns are sent to our fulfillment partner’s local return facility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Dispute Resolution
For any disputes or issues with your order, please contact us directly at returns@lit-tees.com. We aim to resolve all issues within 48 hours to ensure a swift resolution and avoid the need to escalate to third-party services like PayPal or Shopify.
